About
Kyle Casem is the Director of Vocal Music at John F. Kennedy Memorial High School. In addition to directing JFK’s vocal ensembles, he serves as vocal music director for the school musical and technical director for school productions, and co-advises the Tri-M Music Honor Society. He earned his Bachelor of Music degree, summa cum laude, from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.
Kyle has performed with the Rutgers University Kirkpatrick Choir, the Rutgers University Glee Club, and Opera Theater Rutgers. In 2019, he traveled with the Kirkpatrick Choir to Germany to participate in the 16th International Choral Competition Marktoberdorf. He continues to perform as a professional tenor throughout New Jersey.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys lifting and sleeping. His current bench PR is 205 lbs. When he’s not lifting or sleeping, he’s probably listening to choral music, which is fitting for a choir teacher. He is good at singing, but terrible at playing piano. His recording and audio editing skills make the latter less obvious.
